Quality control never ends when brake fluid finishes production and filling. For GAFLE, the full finished-goods inspection before shipment acts as the critical final quality gate, forming a complete closed-loop quality management system that covers raw material incoming test, online production monitoring, and pre-delivery comprehensive inspection.
We never cut corners on final inspection, to make sure every batch of brake fluid shipped to global distributors meets international certification standards and stable performance requirements.

1. Appearance & Packaging Visual Inspection

The first step of pre-shipment full inspection is comprehensive visual screening of finished products and outer packages:
  • Check tank/can surface: Confirm no scratches, deformation, leakage, dents or oil seepage on GAFLE brake fluid metal cans and plastic bottles;
  • Label verification: Scan and verify brand logo, product model (DOT3/DOT4/DOT5.1), boiling point parameter, certification marks (DOT, AMECA, SGS) and multilingual text on labels, to eliminate printing offset, missing text or blurred patterns;
  • Outer carton inspection: Inspect export carton strength, barcodes, batch numbers and shipping marks, ensure tight sealing without breakage during sea transportation.
    All non-conforming packaging products will be sorted out and reworked before entering the next testing stage.

2. Product Performance Laboratory Retest

Random sampling will be taken from each production lot and sent to our internal quality lab for re-testing core performance indicators, which is the core link of our final quality gate:
  1. Boiling point test: Recheck dry & wet boiling point to guarantee the high-temperature resistance of brake fluid matches labeled standards, avoiding vapor lock risks for end users;
  2. Hygroscopic stability test: Verify low moisture absorption formula performance to extend service life for global car owners;
  3. Corrosion resistance test: Confirm the fluid can protect ABS pipelines, master cylinders and metal brake components from rust and erosion;
  4. Liquid clarity inspection: Ensure no suspended impurities, sediment or abnormal turbidity inside finished brake fluid.
    Only batches that pass all lab performance retests can move forward to quantity sorting.

3. Batch Quantity & Document Matching Audit

Our QC team conducts one-to-one matching between physical goods and shipment documents to avoid order mismatches:
  • Count finished goods quantity by pallet, cross-check with commercial invoice, packing list and customer’s purchase order to eliminate shortage or excess errors;
  • Sort out full certification documents: Bilingual MSDS, SGS test reports, factory qualification certificates, OEM authorization papers and dangerous goods shipping supporting files;
  • Record production batch code, production date and shelf life for each pallet, build traceability records for every export container.
    If any inconsistency between goods and documents is found, the whole batch will be suspended for rectification before loading.

4. Loading Supervision & Final Confirmation

Before container loading, QC supervisors carry out the last round spot-check:
  • Randomly pick cans from pallets again to double-check packaging tightness and liquid sealing performance;
  • Monitor container loading process, confirm proper pallet stacking, anti-collision and moisture-proof protection inside the container to prevent damage during long ocean transit;
  • Sign off the pre-shipment inspection report only after all items pass verification, marking the completion of our closed-loop quality management.

Why Our Pre-Shipment Full Inspection Matters For Global Partners

Many auto fluid suppliers only test raw materials during production but skip strict finished-goods final inspection, which easily leads to defective products reaching overseas aftermarket stores and damaging your brand reputation.
GAFLE’s complete pre-delivery quality gate brings you two core advantages:
  1. Zero defective goods delivered to your warehouse, reduce local after-sales complaints and compensation costs;
  2. Full traceable batch inspection records and complete certification documents support smooth customs clearance in all target countries.
As a national brake fluid standard drafting manufacturer, we stick to strict closed-loop quality management from raw material warehouse to container loading. The full pre-shipment inspection is our promise to every global importer — every can of GAFLE brake fluid you receive maintains consistent high quality.
