1. Appearance & Packaging Visual Inspection
The first step of pre-shipment full inspection is comprehensive visual screening of finished products and outer packages:
- Check tank/can surface: Confirm no scratches, deformation, leakage, dents or oil seepage on GAFLE brake fluid metal cans and plastic bottles;
- Label verification: Scan and verify brand logo, product model (DOT3/DOT4/DOT5.1), boiling point parameter, certification marks (DOT, AMECA, SGS) and multilingual text on labels, to eliminate printing offset, missing text or blurred patterns;
- Outer carton inspection: Inspect export carton strength, barcodes, batch numbers and shipping marks, ensure tight sealing without breakage during sea transportation.
All non-conforming packaging products will be sorted out and reworked before entering the next testing stage.

- Count finished goods quantity by pallet, cross-check with commercial invoice, packing list and customer’s purchase order to eliminate shortage or excess errors;
- Sort out full certification documents: Bilingual MSDS, SGS test reports, factory qualification certificates, OEM authorization papers and dangerous goods shipping supporting files;
- Record production batch code, production date and shelf life for each pallet, build traceability records for every export container.
If any inconsistency between goods and documents is found, the whole batch will be suspended for rectification before loading.
4. Loading Supervision & Final Confirmation
Before container loading, QC supervisors carry out the last round spot-check:
- Randomly pick cans from pallets again to double-check packaging tightness and liquid sealing performance;
- Monitor container loading process, confirm proper pallet stacking, anti-collision and moisture-proof protection inside the container to prevent damage during long ocean transit;
- Sign off the pre-shipment inspection report only after all items pass verification, marking the completion of our closed-loop quality management.
