From DOT 3 to EV and Racing: Turtle Power Presents Its Brake Fluid Product Portfolio at AAG 2026

AAG Guangzhou 2026

At AAG Guangzhou 2026, held from August 19 to 21, Zhejiang Gafle Auto Chemical Co., Ltd. presented the expanding product portfolio of its independent brand Turtle Power at Booth 2D14.

Visitors to the booth were able to learn more about Gafle's brake fluid technology and the different Turtle Power solutions developed for everyday vehicles, modern electronic braking systems, new energy vehicles and high-performance applications.

Behind this product portfolio is one clear idea:

Different vehicles and driving conditions require different brake fluid solutions.

1. DOT 3 Brake Fluid — Reliable Everyday Performance

DOT 3 remains an established brake fluid category for vehicles whose manufacturers specify this performance level.

Turtle Power provides reliable brake fluid solutions for conventional vehicle maintenance applications, with an emphasis on stable product quality and hydraulic performance.

The correct product should always be selected according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

2. DOT 4 Brake Fluid — A Core Solution for the Modern Aftermarket

DOT 4 is widely used across the passenger vehicle market.

Turtle Power DOT 4 brake fluids focus on balanced performance including boiling point, stability, corrosion protection and compatibility with braking-system materials.

For Gafle, however, simply meeting a basic classification is not the end of product development.

Modern vehicles are creating demand for increasingly advanced performance.

3. High-Boiling-Point, Low-Viscosity Brake Fluid

As ABS, ESP and other electronically controlled braking technologies become more sophisticated, hydraulic response has become an increasingly important consideration.

For vehicles specifying low-viscosity brake fluids, improved low-temperature fluidity can support faster movement through the hydraulic control system.

At the same time, strong dry and wet boiling-point performance helps provide thermal stability under demanding braking conditions.

This is why one of Gafle's key product development directions is:

High Boiling Point + Low Viscosity.

The objective is to develop brake fluid that better matches the technical evolution of modern braking systems.

4. Brake Fluid for New Energy Vehicles

The rapid growth of electric and hybrid vehicles is creating new requirements across the automotive aftermarket.

Modern EVs may combine regenerative braking with sophisticated hydraulic and electronically controlled braking systems.

Turtle Power has therefore developed brake fluid solutions for new energy vehicle applications, focusing on characteristics such as low viscosity, rapid hydraulic response and stable performance.

Gafle's existing portfolio includes dedicated new-energy brake fluid products such as Turtle Power DOT4+EV.

5. Racing 325 — Developed for High-Performance Driving

For more demanding applications, Turtle Power has also developed Racing 325 racing-grade brake fluid.

Motorsport exposes braking systems to repeated high temperatures and heavy braking loads, making thermal performance especially important.

Turtle Power Racing 325 has also been used in real motorsport applications, providing Gafle with another environment in which to evaluate and demonstrate high-performance brake fluid technology.

6. Turtle Power Brake Fluid Maintenance Kit

Good brake fluid is only one part of professional brake maintenance.

Turtle Power also provides a complete brake fluid maintenance solution:

1 bottle of brake system cleaner
+
1 bottle of high-performance brake fluid

The concept is simple:

Clean First, Then Replace.

By combining the right product with a standardized service process, Turtle Power aims to help professional workshops move from a simple “fluid change” toward more complete brake fluid maintenance.

One Product Portfolio, One Goal

From DOT 3 and DOT 4 to high-boiling-point, low-viscosity products, new energy vehicle brake fluids, Racing 325 and professional maintenance solutions, the Turtle Power portfolio continues to expand with vehicle technology.

But the purpose behind every product remains the same.

We are not developing more products simply to create a larger catalogue.

We are developing different solutions because different vehicles, braking systems and driving conditions have different technical requirements.

Backed by Gafle's professional manufacturing capabilities, Turtle Power will continue to develop brake fluid solutions for the changing automotive market.

From everyday driving to new energy vehicles and motorsport, Turtle Power is focused on one thing: safer braking.
