Every sealed shipping container carries the trust from global auto aftermarket distributors. Today we share the full real footage of our latest 40HQ container loading, showing the complete shipment workflow of GAFLE high-performance brake fluid, and demonstrating our reliable production strength and stable on-time delivery capacity to all overseas partners.
Step 1: Empty Container Inspection Before Loading
Before any goods enter the container, our logistics QC team carries out a full interior inspection first.
We check the container’s inner wall, floor and sealing condition to ensure the space is clean, dry, intact and free of water leakage or damage. Only containers that pass all inspection standards can start pallet loading work, to protect finished brake fluid cartons from moisture and collision damage during long ocean transit.
Step 2: Standard Palletized Loading of Finished Brake Fluid
All GAFLE finished brake fluid products are pre-packed on standard plastic pallets, tightly wrapped with stretch film for full fixation.
Our loading team neatly arranges palletized goods inside the container by fixed stacking standards, separating each pallet with stable gaps to avoid friction and extrusion during transportation. After pallet placement, heavy-duty cargo safety netting is fixed at the front of stacked goods, as extra anti-slip protection against shifting on bumpy roads and rough sea voyages.
Step 3: Final Check & Container Sealing
After all pallets are fully loaded inside the container, our QC supervisors conduct the final double-check:
- Cross-verify the total quantity against customer’s purchase order and packing list;
- Confirm all pallets, wrapping film and safety nets are well fixed without loose goods;
- Record container number, loading date and batch code for complete traceability.
Once all checks are finished, the container doors are fully closed and locked. This 40HQ MSC container will soon depart our factory port and head to overseas destinations, delivering certified GAFLE brake fluid to local wholesalers.
