Pre-Shipment Full Inspection Procedure for Our Antifreeze & Coolant Products

For international bulk importers of auto chemicals, consistent product quality is always the top priority. Unstable specifications, leaky packaging or defective goods during long sea transportation will lead to huge losses for distributors, retailers and fleet operators.
At ZHEJIANG GAFLE AUTO CHEMICAL CO.,LTD, we believe reliable quality starts with standardized quality control. Every batch of antifreeze, engine coolant, EV thermal management liquid, brake fluid and windshield washer fluid will undergo strict full inspection before container loading. Our complete pre-shipment inspection process covers laboratory testing, finished product appearance check, packaging verification and loading supervision.
Inspection

1. Laboratory Sampling & Performance Testing

Before finished products leave the production workshop, our QC team takes random samples directly from production lines for lab tests.
Core testing items for antifreeze & coolant include:
  • Freezing point verification to match customer specified standards (-25℃, -35℃, -45℃ and more)
  • Boiling point and anti-corrosion performance test
  • Liquid color, transparency and impurity inspection
  • PH value and chemical composition detection
Qualified test results will be issued as official Certificate of Analysis (COA), which can be provided together with MSDS for your customs clearance. Any batch failing lab testing will be isolated for rework and will never enter packaging procedures.

2. Finished Goods Visual & Package Inspection

After bottling, each product unit gets secondary manual and visual inspection:
  • Check bottle integrity, no crack or deformation
  • Inspect aluminum foil sealing condition to avoid leakage during ocean shipping
  • Verify label printing accuracy, including product name, specification, warning marks
  • Confirm carton quality, tight sealing and pallet binding standard
Our standard package uses plastic bottles with aluminum foil sealing, specially optimized for long-distance container transportation. Loose caps, damaged bottles or misprinted labels will be picked out immediately.

3. On-site Supervision During Container Loading

Our quality inspector stays on site through the whole loading process:
  • Monitor pallet stacking mode to prevent extrusion damage
  • Ensure goods are fixed properly inside the container
  • Check container cleanliness and dryness before loading
  • Record the whole loading process with photos and videos for file archive
Global clients are welcome to arrange on-site supervision or send third-party inspection organizations to witness the whole procedure at our factory.

4. Final Document Confirmation

Before container departure, our team double-checks all supporting export documents: COA, MSDS, packing list, commercial invoice and other required certification. All documents match actual loaded goods strictly to avoid clearance obstacles at destination ports.

Why Our Pre-Shipment Inspection Matters For You

Many auto chemical suppliers only carry out sampling inspection. GAFLE implements a stricter full-inspection system for bulk container orders. This mechanism greatly lowers the risk of receiving non-conforming goods after months of sea transit.
We cooperate with auto parts wholesalers, importers, private label OEM partners and fleet purchasers all over the world. Stable quality control helps our partners build long-term trust with their local downstream customers.
Whether you place standard antifreeze orders, EV cooling liquid bulk shipments or customized OEM brake fluid orders, the same set of quality inspection standards will be applied to your cargo.
