Pre-production preparation period This phase starts after you confirm the PI. Our team checks your label artwork for printing and compliance. If you need pre-production sample, sample making and shipping will take extra days. After sample and artwork are fully approved, our factory locks the production schedule and reserves raw material for your OEM brake fluid order. This stage usually takes several working days, longer if you repeatedly revise artwork.
In-factory production and quality inspection period When everything is ready, our manufacturer arranges raw material mixing, brake fluid production, filling into bottles, cap sealing and label sticking. After filling is finished, our QC team runs random sampling test: boiling point test, seal check, leak test and appearance inspection. Unqualified products will be rejected and reworked.
